Dear All,
Does it make sense to have 2 corporate Strategy Maps and Scorecards for any organization.
Here is the scenario:Say this company “ABC” has 2 important business streams like “Investment” and “Services”. The CEO wants to have 2 SM and SC for each streams of business at the corporate level. He may want to know how ABC is doing in Investment and at the same time how ABC is doing in Services. Further, for board reasons as well he may prefer two separate SM and SC. Does this make sense to have 2 SM and SC.?

Savian is correct there should be a holistic view of the corporation but you could certinaly cascade objectives and therefore KPI's down to each one of these specific channels.
