Hi,
I know scorecards is to align bussiness stragies and corporate activities, and more importantly build clarity into the process by the use of KPIs.
Being involved in Lean Manaufacturing for 2 years, I am familiar with the use of Policy Deployment to achieve similar goals.
It seems that Balanced scorcard methodology is more "snap-shot" look-like while Policy Deployment approach, if well-omplemented, is more continueus improvement oriented.
Can we combine both, or is there any real life examples?
