This is a new methodology to me. I wondered therefore if any old hands could recommend any study aids or materials for a beginner?

I assume you have the Kaplan & Norton book itself? That's obviously good for a start. You can grab it from virtually anywhere, including Amazon.

From there, maybe someone can contribute presentations or papers. Best of luck.

Yes the first Balanced scorecard book is a good start but it provide challenging reading.

The latest Kaplan Norton book, Strategy Maps reads easy and has a lot of case studies for practical understanding.
